This club in the heart of the village is one of the places Bob Dylan and other 60s folk legends began their careers. Now the club has two incredible house bands - unusual in that most NYC live rock venues bring in outside acts. Wednesday through Sunday its mainly rock and r&night and it is packed, often with celebrities. You must reserve in advance to see some of the worlds best funk. Monday is Brazilian night. Food and drinks are very reasonable.
